Look, I can deal with highs of 88° Fahrenheit and I can deal with predicted highs of 62° Fahrenheit. But they should be more than 48 hours apart. This spring/summer/what-the-hell-are-we-doing-today is screwed. Help me Obi-Gore, you're my only hope. (And no, that was not a move for a "Draft Gore" movement. If you were Gore and you were where he was, on an issue you'd cared about for dozens of years would you quit to see if the US electoral system can kick you in the balls again? Yeah, if he was willing to do it then I wouldn't want him. There's a HHTTG reference in here, JP you should read those books someday.)

Heroes on Blu-Ray!
And lo, my resistance to Heroes Season 1 on HD-DVD has been rewarded:
Marking the rollout of the studio's first global release on Blu-ray(TM) will be the "Heroes: Season Two," which will debut beginning August 26, 2008. The highly anticipated premier of the sophomore season of NBC's "Heroes" will be buoyed by the simultaneous debut of "Heroes Season One" on Blu-ray(TM).From thedigitalbits.com (I don't think that's a permalink, the site seems strange about that. Heroes S01 on Blu-Ray? Oh yes please. Now I just need something that will rip Blu-Ray to my iPhone. Notice to hardware vendors: I'll buy a Blu-Ray drive for TinyGod as soon as this happens. For reals.

More on the combo feed
OK, during some emails with Bwana I realized the combo feed wasn't broken the same way I thought it was and then I got intrigued enough to mess with it, so now it is fixed up.
There's still a problem in that when a comment is posted neither the comment nor the combo feed update until I make another post. I'm not quite sure why yet. But the combo feed works as well as the separate comment-only feed does, and I'm going to call that good enough for today.
Anyway, this is the combo feed URL:
